qmail only makes "Inbox"

I have a qmail server that only makes the "Inbox" when I create an account on Plesk. I have looked for settings in qmail with no luck. I'm not used to qmail (I have used Dovecot & Postfix allot). Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Normally when I connect with a mail client, it creates the Sent Items, deleted items, drafts, outbox, etc... These are not created. I get a permission denied error when i try to create them.

Qmail is an MTA like Sendmail. If it also functions as an email client, I don't know anything about that. The email client software is the application that usually creates those files in the users home directory, where the MTA usually creates just an inbox in /var/spool/mail/username. If the email is retrieved remotely, it is usually handled by procmail or similar. If the email is retrieved locally, the email client pulls their messages from the spool into the users home folder.

I started to get that feeling once I realized that I couldn't create a folder from my client. There may be a permission issue here. The client should be able to make folders in their maildir. I'll keep poking around.
