Project Managemnet

I'm trying to find a good project management solution for the company I work for. We do mostly web design and related. I have looked a lot at dotProject, but the interface is too clumsy for average users to easily navigate.

Does any one have any suggestions. I would even be open to the idea of paying a provider if it has good software. (Something like Ace Project).

Thanks,
David

Hi -

You might consider GForge:
http://gforge.org/

or Trac:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trac

or Task Juggler:
http://www.taskjuggler.org/

By all means, please let us know what you ultimately decide on!

Good luck .. PSM

Thanks for the links. I have looked at The Trac Project and it seems geared more toward code updates and bugs. Much like bugzilla, and less actual project management. And correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Task Juggler an app you install on your local machine? We need a web based system. I have not heard of GForge though and I'm going to look into that.

Thanks again,
David
