Question proftp-mysql issue : packages excluded due to repository priority protections

Hi,
I use CentOS 5 and I have a problem to install the packet proftp-mysql..

Shell:

yum install proftpd-mysqlLoaded plugins: fastestmirror, priorities
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
* addons: centos.crazyfrogs.org
* base: centos.crazyfrogs.org
* extras: centos.crazyfrogs.org
* rpmforge: fr2.rpmfind.net
* updates: centos.crazyfrogs.org
Excluding Packages in global exclude list
Finished
65 packages excluded due to repository priority protections
Setting up Install Process
No package proftpd-mysql available.
Nothing to do

I tryied a lot of things (cf: http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...update-794627/)

But impossible for me to remode this excluded...
The problem seems from yum-repository but I don t really understand how to fix it :/

If some body have already this errors !

Why don't you install it directly ?
Code:
wget http://apt.sw.be/redhat/el5/en/i386/rpmforge/RPMS/proftpd-mysql-1.3.3c-1.el5.rf.i386.rpm
yum localinstall proftpd-mysql-1.3.3c-1.el5.rf.i386.rpm

I would rather build proftpd from source due to their relatively recent hacking and code modifications.

Download from official site and:
./configure --with-modules=mod_sql:mod_sql_mysql --with-libraries=/usr/lib64/mysql --with-includes=/usr/include/mysql
