I installed vacation RPM and create .forward and .vacation.msg file in Home Directory of User. After it Run vacation -I command.
For example, your .forward file might have: \javed, "|/usr/bin/vacation javed" in your home directory. Vacation expects a file .vacation.msg, in your home directory, containing a message to be sent back to each sender. It should be an entire message. For example, it might contain: From: Javed dogar Subject: I am out off office. Sorry, but I cannot read your email message. I am on holiday Please contact my friends for any issue or 0333-4045603. But unfortunately, can't get autoreply. Please provide me any link about complete detail of vacation tool. |
Do you get any messages in your logs?

Thanks for help, I solved my problem through below mentioned detail; My problem was in rpm package, I download new package from below mentioned site; Now it is working.
Vacation doesn't come included as standard with most linux distros. You can get the rpm at http://www.tuxfan.homeip.net:8080/rp...2.6-1.i386.rpm " Login with required user, like su - javed " Run vacation command, like $vacation without interactive switch -I, now it will automatically create .forward and .vacation.msg file. Edit msg file as per requirement. " Now run command $vacation -I to activate the changes. " By default auto reply to one sender one time weekly. For further detail see man vacation. |
