Procedure to renew RHEL5.5 subscription

Can u pls share some info how u handled the procedure to renew the subscription for RHEL 5.5

5.5 is 6 minor versions out of date

and about 3 years out of date

contact redhat sales
the current version in the OLD legacy hardware/software support is 5.11

if you NEED to LOCK it at 5.5
that will cost EXTRA

I e-mailed my account manager at RedHat and they sent me the invoice. I passed the invoice to my finance department and they paid it.
