Unhappy Problem with setting of time on server in CentOs

Hello,
please I need help with setting of time on server. There are five servers with loading balance. The time on server is 10 minutes ahead. If I execute command "date 050810352011" or I execute command ntpdate ntp.nic.cz then correct time is shown but If I execute command "date" unchanged time is shown.

Thank you for any idea

How about aligning the servers to one time sever?

Good luck!

Thanks for reply. I can't set different things in ntpd.conf because if I change ntpd.conf on one server file will be automaticaly changed on others servers. There is mirroring. Ntpd runs on all servers but time is still wrong.

Hmm, okay, this is a nasty detail...but, is it clever to replicate conf files?

However, as I see it, I'd exclude at least these configs from replication, then I'd use an Internet time server to sync time...

As an axtract from the link provided earlier:

When syncing one or more machines via NTP you'll want at least one of them to set their time from a reliable external server
... so using a service provided on the Net could possibly help...

Does the output of date -u differ between servers?

No, there is the same time on all servers. I connect to servers over ssh. Everithing is the same (date and time of last login, history, running services, files...), only ip address on login screen is differ.
