From both servers, 144.76.245.38 & 62.152.169.25 (if you have access), run nslookup/dig commands and verify forward and reverse DNS entries are working fine. It may possible that 62.152.169.25 is not able to see RDNS entry for 144.76.245.38 somehow. You can add entry in /etc/hosts fiel for 62.152.169.25 tempoararily to check whether that is the issue or not. Please verify.
no, i have a another server with a same subnet inside this server 144.76.245.33/29 but it can send email, every configurations is same as this...please help me
Did you try to run the commands and gather output suggested before?
It is not about same subnet, it is about IP -> name resolution while talking about RDNS.
You haven't provided any info about setup of qmail/postfix or any troubleshooting done by you OR any failure messages, it is not possible to check from provided info.
