Problem whith http redirection

First, sorry for my poor english.

I have a "big" problem: I have a Apache server that receive a request in 3081 port. This request must be managed by a another server, which I have access forward a OpenVPN server.

My real server (server of Apahce and OpenVPN) have a IP 10.12.0.1 and the "cliente" server IP is 10.12.0.15.

I have configured this in httpd.conf:

<VirtualHost publicIP:3081>
ServerName xxxx
ProxyPass / http://10.12.0.15
ProxyPassReverse / http://10.12.0.15
</VirtualHost>

But I get this error:

Proxy Error
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /account/login.

Reason: Host not found

I`ve tried whith command "redir", with a proxypass and iptables, but I can't redirect successfully.

Can somebody help me, please?
