I am running or was running a mail server.
It used the titles service to scan emails but keeps bringing up a temporary failure right.
But when I run the command 'amavisd'
It brings up this error here:

However when I try running the shell CPAN command, to install: Compress::Zlib
It comes up with this annoying error:
