The output from MXToolBox looks good. From what I can see it's checking to see if your server is an open relay (i.e. does it let non-authenticated users send mail). If it was, this would be a problem and you would be blacklisted again. The important line in the output is "Relay denied" - this means that the MXToolBox server cannot send un-authenticated mail through your server.

Have you tried to change your status on the blacklists? Once, your off them, try sending a few more emails and see if they get through

hello sir i talked with my ISP people they are saying that the whole series that is 10.21.1.0to 255 is blacklisted which means it wont affect u to send mails to other domains.they are saying like that now im bit confuse wht to do know some times mails are getting back with IP possibly forged,some times with Service unavilable error or with connection time out.....from last 10 days i have found any solution.do u any links they will solve this by taking money???or any forums..plzreply

I think that called a category B or 2 blacklisting, basically you are not being blacklisted directly, but are sort of "guilty by association". In other words a lot of spam is generated by the subnet you are on and some mail servers will ignore any mail from any address on that subnet. The entire subnet is probably registered in DNS as xxx.yourisp.com, what might fix it is if you got your ISP to add a reverse DNS record for your public IP address which points to mail.yourserver.com (or whatever is in your mx record)

There is also a SORBS database (sorry but I can remember the link) which would have more information on the individual blacklists and how to get yourself off them

Hi every one my mails are still bouncing back from aramco.com,jeraisy.com and some other domains.but my mails are going to different domains.i havent understood this problem why is this happening.im sending u the message error.....
