problem in installation esxi 5 in vmware workstation 8 in Centos 6.2

Hi All,
I had installed Esxi5 in vmware workstation 8 in centos 6.2 version operating system .

On the Welcome screen, i had press Enter to continued with the installation OF ESXI 5 Operating system .
