problem booting multipath

Dears,

i have a weird problem,
my Linux machine booting from SAN and it was working well without any problems.
2 days ago we bought a new IBM SAN Storage (V7000) and new 2 SAN Switches.
after configuring the new V7000 and SAN Switches all other machines booting from SAN (windows and AIX Unix) booting well without any problems
but Linux machine can't boot it said kernel panic.

when i go to rescue mode the following error appeared:
"Multiple devices on your system are labelled SWAP-mpath02. Labels across devices must be unique for your system to function properly.
please fix this problem and restart the installation process."

how i can fix this problem i searched over internet for whole day without any progress.

can anyone here help me in this problem please

Thanks and best regards.

Did you try the command to access the the rescue mode

Quote:
boot: linux rescue mpath
then you can work on & find what's wrong with the server.

sh-3.2# chroot /mnt/sysimage

this is the issue of the labeling of disk so can you check the fstab where the labeling has been done

like you have a disk which is from SAN.

so check your partition labeling for example my be in this way
LABEL=swap-vol1 swap swap default 0 0

change the labeling as per your config
/dev/vol/lv/ / ext3 default 1 1
or
/dev/mapper/
