postgres pgsql command not there

Running CentOS and need to move a few things off an 8.2.9 postgres db. I have an available box, running centos 5.2/64bit. I am not postgres saavy, but yum has the 8.1 version, I found the 8.2.5 (close enough) and have it installed. But, I can't find the pgsql command! I have the following installed;

postgresql-8.2.5-1.el5.kb
postgresql-libs-8.2.5-1.el5.kb
postgresql-python-8.2.5-1.el5.kb
postgresql-server-8.2.5-1.el5.kb

All the doc's, etc. show to allow connections by editing this file, etc. then connect via pgsql and the rest... I have pgadmin remotely which gave various connection errors and they are all now fixed. Now when I try to connect it won't let me with a blank password, and by default postgres/blank password is how to get in.

I just can't find the package that has the pgsql command. Yum whatprovides doen't tell, I even tried intsalling the 8.1 version via yum after removing everything and have the same problem. Any pgsql guys out there could prob answer in 2 sec's!

Thanks
