postfix with two mail servers, without DNS

I have a postfix server installed. I can send mails from this server from another mail server via DNS. I know destination server's IP and its on my local LAN. i don't want to use DNS for this situation. I want to send Mails directly. I write /etc/hosts entry into both servers' but its not working.
I alrady done following changes in my main.default file:

lmtp_host_lookup = native
smtp_host_lookup=native
#disable_dns_lookups = yes
ignore_mx_lookup_error = yes

Need help!!!!

Try using /etc/postfix/transport for the destination and add your entries with [] (square brackets) around them, this will prevent MX lookup.

You may need to add the relevant config to postfix:
Code:
postconf -e "transport_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/transport"
/etc/init.d/postfix restart
