Yes, use restriction classes. See: http://www.postfix.org/RESTRICTION_CLASS_README.html

Please clarify what you mean by "passwd in Postfix environment".

Postfix users password

My system Admin. told me to retrieve the "Users A" email password .

According to me it has to be in encrypted form wherever the file of email passwd is located.

But a day after the Admin. told me the passwd of that user..I dont know how ??

Passwords for which type of service? Do you mean SASL AUTH passwords? Perhaps you mean POP or IMAP password (which is not part of Postfix).

Really, you need to be more detailed about your Postfix environment and configuration.
