postfix mysql problem


Dear Sir
I am using postfix with mysql support in Fedora core 4
while Setting MySQL Passwords as

mysqladmin -u root password secret
mysqladmin -h ns.fakedomain.net -u root password secret

I gor error on second command as:

error: 'Host 'ns.fakedomain.net' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server'What is the reason behind this

my /etc/hosts file is as

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
192.168.0.1 ns.fakedomain.net ns
192.168.0.1 fakedomain.net

Pls help me

try a different name instead of fake domain
