Postfix - MailScanner Question

I have Postfix & MailScanner running on an email gateway server (Fedora8). Does postfix have a folder that you can drop an email file in and it will be picked up and delivered?

I need a way to get false positive emails that end up in the quarantine folder delivered to the end user.

It would be nice if you could just copy the email file and paste it into a postfix folder in /var/spool/postfix.
