Postfix local delivery

I have installed postfix, dovecot and mysql on my local server. I used postfixadmin to create my virtual domain (domain.com) and user mailboxes. Now all mail get delivered locally and work just fine. I have the problem where I have one mailbox (user@domain.com) in the same local virtual domain for a specific user which I want to forward to my relayhost to be deliver at my ISP. How to I go about not getting the message user unknown in virtual mailbox table.

Thanks

Their email will have to be forwarded from "user@domain.com" to "user@otherdomain.com". Typically, you would just list this as an alias in the virtual domain.
