postfix error log


I find in maillog show below

to=<username@domain.com>, relay=local, delay=13, delays=12/0/0/1.2, dsn=5.2.2, status=bounced (cannot update mailbox /var/spool/mail/username for user username. error writing message: Disk quota exceeded)

but i found the quota for that user, the quota does not full. What happen!

you found a disk quota or the mail quota?

I found disk quota, each user set to 500MB and attached file is 5MB.
In main.cf in already set it up and linux file system and do that.

And that user does not receive our same domain user email, outside is ok
