Postfix Email Size Limit?

I am trying to determine if I am in the correct location where the email send and receive size parameter is specified for POSTFIX.

In the main.cf file I see the following:

Code:
[root@mail etc]# postconf message_size_limit
message_size_limit = 10240000
Does that show me 1MB (1024kb) attachments for inbound and outbound? I just want to be sure I read the measurements correctly and that is both for incoming and outgoing attachments.

Thanks for any clarification...

This should give you 10MB size limit. Its measured in bytes.
