Postfix: Address rewriting based on subject

I'd like to perform address rewriting based on the subject of the message being sent. I'm guessing I'd have to use the regexp tables, the problem is when using regexp tables for canonical rewriting, I think I'm only getting the email address to perform the regular expression check on.

I've read over:

but can't quite seem to paste it together.

Does anybody have any suggestions?
