Post still only listening on 127.0.0.1

So I have made sure main.cf has an entry: inet_interfaces = all
I have also checked the /etc/hosts

I even edited the master.cf like this:
smtp inet n - n - - smtpd

when running: netstat -lntu it still says 127.0.0.1:25

It restarts and gives no errors, and the OK. Imap and pop3 works and listens on 0.0.0.0. I have already entered the command "ohh please postfix! why me?!"

What gives? (running debian 7.6)

IT WORKS!!!!!!!!

After many restarts and changes of postfix config files I tried the ultimate restart (shutdown -r) LOL
Rebooted the whole server, and its now working. Sometimes I forget the old saying "did you reboot it?"
