Hi everyone,

Actually I am configuring ASSP with Sendmail for doing an analysis report.
I installed sendmail and ASSP.
Now i have a doubt. I will describe you the way which I configured ASSP.

ISSUE #1:
I configured ASSP with:
listening port on 25
smtp destination on 125
Also i configured Sendmail on 125
PROBLEM FACED: ASSP validates sender but it rejects the recipient who ever it may be. In log it shows that recipient is not valid.
I tried this with thunderbird client and also with telnet.

ISSUE #2:
Then I configured ASSP with:
listening port on 25
smtp destination on 125
Sendmail on 25
PROBLEM FACED: ASSP is not listening for smtp connections on port 25.
But mail can be sent. It gets entered in maillog and status is sent.
I tried this with thunderbird client and also with telnet.
But i cant receive the mail on the inbox in thunderbird. But there is a mail entry in /var/spool/mail/<user name>

Is what I did is correct?
Or anyone can give better way to configure?
Please can you give me a suggestion soon?
