Please help me understand the terms used in SCSI reqest descriptor

Please help me understand the following terms:

1. VF_ID: is this "virtual fabric identifier"?
2. MSIxIndex
3. SMID
4. LMID

An English description of the above terms are greatly appriciated. Please try to avoid acronyms as much as possible. Thank you very much!
