phpize error


Hi guy's, I am new in your forum. Yes phpize error. I have CentOS 6.4 64bit webserver. I need to install PDO_OCI in this webserver. I installed this before then I didn't get any error. But now I am facing this problem.
My previous installation process is in this LINK.

When I wanted to phpize then its showing following error:

To get the oracle PDO driver install on Linux you will need to get the src from pecl

And about the ERROR: "must contain cv to be cached"
