I have a friendica setup on a VPS, 512MB ram.

Nearly everything is quick, except for registering, adding friends and resetting a lost password.
When I do any one of those, it takes a minute to do (almost exactly 60 seconds)

I'm monitoring memory and it was sitting at 46 so I don't believe it's a hindrance.
Is there anything I can do to speed this up or identify what is acting as the bottleneck?

Edit: It occurred to me that each of these send out emails. After attempting to send out a email I got this message in /var/log:

It's exactly a minute later. I guess its the mail function being slow.

My VPS had set my FQDN to my example foobar in /etc/hosts
I corrected this to the correct domain name (www.foobar.com) and it works perfectly now!
