PHP/JAVA Bridge on Red Hat in Apache

I am trying to install PHP/JAVA bridge on a Red Hat server to run under Apache (NOT Tomcat). I have my existing lucene application working perfectly on my ubuntu personal computer, but it needs to be on our server. After trying about 20 different installations and other random attempts, I thought I got it working. But now when I run any of my files, they aren't working. They don't give me any errors, they just simply don't work correctly. I'm thinking my installation isn't correct so I'm going to uninstall it and start fresh. Can someone give me help installing the bridge to work under apache instead of apache tomcat? Thanks in advance!

Stephen
