and if i didnot use for some time it get deactivate and data saved in hdd get invisible . so in that case whenever i need to get data again i need to restart pc.

we use external hdd in the same condition -- for data backup, and i got the same error message.
The difference is that i used a HDD Box to hold my raided hard disks.

I solved the problem this way:
Set the hibernate/sleep time of HDD Box to 0, ie, to disable hibernation.

I got a tool from the HDD Box Provider, and configure the HDD Box under Windoze.

Hope it helps.
