I am running installatron on my box and want to install magento thus I need to have pdo_mysql.

I tried multiple methods and managed to get it installed, then i installed directadmin apache custombuild but after that this problem happened:

Stopping httpd: [ OK ]
Starting httpd: Warning: DocumentRoot [/home/username/domains/homedir/private_html/dir] does not exist

and when i'm trying to visit any php sites:

Your Document Root does not exist.
set it again and then try again.
