OpenVZ vs. Xen

Hey.

I want to virtualize some services in my work. I haven't decided if Xen or OpenVZ.

What do you say? does anyone have experience with both ?

Thanks in advance

I have used Xen and it is good, we use virtualIron at work although that is more enterprise level it still uses the Xen hypervisor.
