Find another VPN.... and place to ask questions...

So.. The answer is "don't use OpenVPN" or "find a provider that specifically has engineered OpenVPN to be more robust." Simple enough.

I didn't call you condescending and uneducated. I said your responses sounded that way. YOU are obviously educated. I'll leave it to others to judge in how high of esteem you hold yourself and how it is portrayed in your responses. In any case, this exchange has taught me that if leading contributors are this defensive when someone points out a potential insensitivity, then this is not a place I want to be associated with. This will be my first and last thread to post to on this website and I would cancel my account if the system would let me. Yet another simple answer.

No need to be dramatic. (Nor is it necessary to take subtle jabs at those who live in Texas and Alabama.)

OP's problem may differ from your own, and he wasn't particularly eloquent in explaining his symptoms or his goals. If you're here to get help, consider starting your own thread.

Right. Again, getting back to what the OP was told to start with; change or work with your ISP to get what you need, or use static keys. No other answer, and that was told to the OP very plainly, several times. Not only in this thread, but in others. Simple enough.

That's your decision. Again, the OP was asked questions which weren't answered, and their original question was answered simply, several times. You reopened a thread, not to post anything new, but seemingly to disparage the answers that were given.

Sorry, but your assertions were incorrect...you were corrected, and seem to take offense at it. To quote you: "I'll leave it to others to judge in how high of esteem you hold yourself and how it is portrayed in your responses."

TB0ne, he is just asking that you be nice to the guy that is probably using Google translate or something like that to post. Life is too short to get worked up over it.

However, Chowes, it sounds like you are looking for a tunneling solution similar to OpenVPN that would not be caught by advanced filters. Have you found anything that helps with this? Do those other countries (And Comcast lol j/k) detect all encrypted traffic or just tunnels such as SSH, TLS etc...? I would be curious to see if there is a way around stuff like that.

OTF

(edit: didn't look at page 2.. lol removed a comment)
