Openldap Replication

Hi Team,

Does anyone know of any good tutorial/link for configuring Openldap Replication using the syncrepl(not the slurpd).I already have a working Master Openldap Server(RHEL6).Initial sync of the ldap database from master to slave using slapcat(on master) and then slapadd(on slave) is done. After that, any changes done on the Master are not getting replicated to the Slave.Even the replication log file is empty.

Any ideas ??
