Unhappy NTP synchronisation not working on linux server


Hi,

here i am stuck because on my red-hat Linux server ntpd service is ruuning but time is not syncing propery with ntp server...

please let me know for any type of o/p if required.

full /etc/ntpd.conf and output of "ntpq -pn" please.

What acid_kewpie says.. plus, check whether your red-hat server isn't too far off the actual time. sync by hand firstly before ntp will take over if the offset is too big.. (/var/log/messages can help to figure out why it isn't working too).
