Not recognized USB port on some servers.

I'm operating the 7 servers based on RHEL 6.2 as follows.
All servers are connected to KVM Switch, However I've checked all servers status at the screen so far. But I found that some servers don't not displayed.
I tried to fix the problems and I knew that the USB port is not recognized on some servers.
I only need to upgrade the modules related to USB port and I can't upgrade OS from 6.2 to 6.x or higher because the servers are online currently.

Specification Details :
OS kernel: Linux RP1 2.6.32-220.23.1.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP
Sever: Fujitsu RX600s6

Thanks in advance
