Are you using Exchange server or what ?

Exchange server is part of Windows Server setup.

Anyway, how do you know that it's working properly?

How you are sending mails ?

Red face Not sure why...

Generally having both sendmail & exchange server causes problem...
Most of the problem are related to MX record of your company DNS(if you are using one).
Generally only one (primary MX record) mail server are designated as main mail handler and work on a domain...

Check out these links .....

Lightbulb

Otherwise write a daemon in linux server which will fetch mails using fetchmail from MSExchange directly and forward it to sendmail mailbox.

http://fetchmail.berlios.de/fetchmail-FAQ.html#S2

or update MX record in companys DNS....
