Question Non-Recursive DNS

Dear friends , have a nice day

my DNS nameserver is configured as Non-recursive

When i do nslookup for google.co using the nameserver of yahoo.com i get the following message :
#nslookup google.com ns1.yahoo.com
*** Can't find google.com : No answer

But when using my nameserver :
#nslookup google.co ns1.x.com
I get all root servers with their IPs .

so what to do to get the same message as yahoo nameserver.

Thank in advance
