Talking No bios screen on boot

Hi my name is Mario nice to meet you all , I am a relativly new linux user so any answers may have to be really dumbed down.

I have this problem I am running Linux Oracle 6, Release 6.5 With Gnome 2.28 The computer Cpu is an amd 64x2.

I am connected to the tv through hdmi port from an off board graphics card as its the only thing I have to use as a monitor, when I connect it and start up the computer It says out of range until It gets to the desktop load screen so It skips all options to enter bios , I want to install ubuntu or windows ( or both) and cant obviously, I did some research and I think what I need to do is disable the integrated graphics so the off board graphics is then my primary, corrrect me iff im wrong, any clue how i can do this without entering the bios? I appreciate everything, thanks guys.

Standard 'wake up the bios' hotkeys are F1, F2, F10, & Delete. Try them all on bootup. There's often a message "hit F2 to enter setup." or the like.
or

plug out the cd or floppy plug and see if that raises it.
