I have a script
1) Normal user have to run that script and normal user should not see the contents of that script.
2)That script has nmap command. so need to give access to run nmap command also.

as alternative to obfuscation/compilation (1st question), it is common to delegate actual reading/execution to a privileged process; it can be wrapper with SUID bit (e.g. sudo) or a daemon process with socket/API (e.g. HTTP daemon with CGI)
