Question Nginx reverse proxy

I have an onlyoffice server running behind a proxy.
When I try to connect to it, the browser gets redirected to the internal ip(
Why is this happening? Is it a fastcgi problem?

The problem is that the pages that orlyoffice sends refer to URLs with Your nginx configuration isn't modifying the contents of the pages.
