nfs server - sharing folder - folder permission

Hi Gurus,

I would like to ask You about shared folder permission.

Let say, I have nfs server and client on two different machines.

server.com:/share_me_folder/

/share_me_folder - what kind of rights shoudl I create for that folder, who should be an owner of that folder ?

client.com:/opt/share_me_folder/

/opt/share_me_folder - multiple different users should be able to read/write

How to setup ?

thanks for help in advance
