Network Speed w/IPtraf?

Hi all,
I've built my first nas and have transferred files for the 1st time.
I was using IPtraf to check my transfer speed but I must be doing the math wrong. I keep getting .5MB/s but that can't be right. Please look @ my builds and the screenshot and help me out. What was my transfer speed in the pic?

Thanks to all
