NAS share with NFS


hello!
I want to backup my files in NAS from my redhat 7.3. this is my problem after this commands:
mount -t nfs -o tcp 192.168.1.4:/public /root/shared
mount:RPC:Port mapper failure -RPC: Unable to recieve


Any suggestion ?
