Try this, it'll remove the contents very well!
Code:
rm -f mysql-bin.*
Read http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en/binary-log.html and you'll understand WHY the bin log contains all the information it does.

Hi,

Sorry. I don't want to disable or completely remove the files.

Is there any options to reduce the input content of the log files I mean , I just want to change log format to reduce the content.

Is it possible?

Thanks and Regards,
Rameshkumar K
