Mysql backup: mysqldump problem

I have RadHat EL4 and Mysql Server 5.0.22. I use mysqldump for backup my database. When I run this command, I seeing errors:

# mysqldump -v -u root -p test1 > test1.sql
Enter password:
-- Connecting to localhost...
-- Retrieving table structure for table DBVersion...
mysqldump: mysqldump: Couldn't execute 'show fields from `DBVersion`': Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_4d56_0.MYI' (Errcode: 13) (1)

So it could be?

Ouch. That doesn't sound good. If I were you I'd stop
the mysql server and backup the files in /var/lib/mysql
immediately. If you are able to backup other databases,
it's likely to be a problem with that one database.
Either restore it from a good backup or delete and
recreate it. If you get errors when you try to backup
other databases or create new databases, something isn't
right with your system. Check for free space on your
disk partition(s) and then start troubleshooting mysql
and/or the OS. It's also possible that hardware problems
(bad memory, failing hard drive, broken fan, etc.) are
the cause.

Problem is resolved. The permissions for tmp directory configured not properly.
drwxr-xr-x 7 root root 4096 2008-02-27 20:17 tmp
