Read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature; you should do basic research first before posting. Putting your question into Google pulls up a LOT of information regarding those files and what they do.

Short answer: no.
Longer answer: read the ample documentation on what those files are and what they do.

As posted the short answer is No. What are you trying to accomplish?

Ibdata is the table namespace which contains metadata for the InnoDB and the ib_logfiles are the redo log files

I have noticed theses log files are too big and occupying a lot of space and I have gone through some of the links from google we cannot delete these files. But those files are really big and consuming a lot of space

If you actually did look things up, you'd know they are NOT 'log files'.

As you were asked, what are you trying to accomplish? What is the goal here, or what is the actual problem you're trying to fix??? Yes, database files get large...they are DATABASES. Again, read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature, because putting "how to shrink mysql log files" into Google will give you things to do; the very first hit for that search has complete instructions.

I don’t know much about databases, but the good people at Percona seem to have a solution.

This was the first result when searching for ibdata1. If it doesn’t work for you, perhaps the other results do.

And you could have found that with a simple search, had you looked. I even gave you the search term. Again, you need to read the "Question Guidelines" link in my posting signature, and do basic research/show effort.
