multiple system administration

Hello All!

I recently set up a few more desktop systems and am wondering about tools that allow me to remotely administer multiple systems, for example, adding or deleting a user to the systems without the need to administer every one inidividualy.

I could set up thin clients, but I prefer each computer being a complete system.

Thank you,
Murdock

well to do what you are actually asking for, you could try tools like dsh which will run the same command on a number of machines.

to address what you're asking about though... if you have a user account on multiple machines you should be looking to hold those credentials on a centralized server anyway, e.g. ldap, so there is no element of configuration replication to exist in the first place.
