Exclamation MS and LINUX integration headache!

Ok.. I'm busy doing a demo for a companyinvolving the following..

there would be one microsoft SQL server and one Linux SQL server constantly duplicating each other's database (db) information. Microsoft would run the LAN access to the db programs. Linux would run the internet interface via a website access to the db programs. the internet interface would be inbedded in the Linux server.

If anyone understands what i mean by that you are welcome to help.. this one is on expert levels. o'yea, i'm using redhat fedora 2 for now.. for the real thing after the demo i'll use suse or ubuntu..

OK well here are a few tips.

1) Get development servers that are what you will actually be using. So not Fedora get Ubuntu.
2) Don't try to replicate the SQL between the two - that would mean expensive software or a system that means neither would be in sync with each other...
3) Instead - use MySQL for your Windows App (why does it need a windows server?) OR use PHP to access the MS SQL.
