Question mount within LVM

GM All

So I have server that uses LVM for the whole disk.

I'd like mount /home /var /tmp and give them mount point.
How would I go about doing that without having to add another disk and there is no space in existing VG to create their own mount point?

Thanks

Either reduce existing lvm and free some spaces or do everything from scratch

Thanks
