Missing disk space openvz - not a df vs du thingy

Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/simfs 52428800 21473116 9787792 69% /
none 524288 4 524284 1% /dev

where the hell is the other half of my hdd? I first though maybe a file of an open software keeping the space allocated and did a full restart. Still the same.

BTW; du confirms the disk usage
