memory leaking


I use linux and unix and run aplication.
How I can use command top , vmstat ,free ...etc
existing command to find out there is memory leaking ???
Please give me example .
It is not allow to use compiler to compile the program /tool.

Have a look at valgrind it you want to find memory leaks in already compiled code.

I cannot use valgrid as there is no compiler .
I must use general ,existing command .
Please advie another way .

That's exactly why I suggested it. With valgrind there is no need to recompile the program you are trying to analyse.

IF I use hp_unix ,what can I do to check the memory leakage ????

Try install from base repo with yum or download from rpmfind.net
